What is the 5x7 Mini Print?
At checkout you can add a 5x7" mini version of the print in your cart. It's a replica of your main print: the same star map, the same date and the same location, printed at a size that suits a desk, bedside table, shelf or a small frame as a keepsake for someone special.
How do I add one?
The 5x7 Mini Print is offered at checkout as an add-on to a full-size unframed print. It isn't available as a standalone product and you won't see it while creating your design, so simply build your print as normal and look for the option once you reach the cart.
Unframed prints only
The Mini Print is available with unframed prints only. Your unframed print and Mini Print ship together in the same package. Framed prints are packaged differently and there's no way to include a rolled print safely alongside a frame, so the add-on isn't offered on framed orders.
Layout and orientation
The Mini Print is produced in 5x7" portrait layout only. Whatever size or orientation your main print is, the 5x7 version will be portrait.
Personal messages
Because of the smaller size, we're unable to include the optional personal message on the Mini Print. Your title and the details of your star map are all included, but any additional message on the main print won't appear on the 5x7 version.
Paper and finish
The Mini Print is printed in our classic format on museum-grade fine art paper. If your main print is a foil print, the 5x7 add-on is still produced on classic paper rather than foil.
Editing your order
Your Mini Print is linked to your main print. If you edit your main print within the edit window, the 5x7 version updates automatically to match, so there's nothing extra to do. For details on edit windows and how to make a change, see our article on Editing or Correcting Your Order.
