After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a preview link so you can check your design. Use this to review your details before your order goes to print.
Edit windows:
Standard/free shipping: 24 hours from ordering
Express shipping: 4 hours from ordering
Your order is automatically submitted to the print queue once this window closes. If you manually approve your order earlier, it goes to print immediately β so don't approve until you're happy with everything.
To make an edit:
Click the edit link in your confirmation email. This takes you directly to your order's edit page where you can update any details, including the location address via the Advanced Options button.
Need a special edit? (emojis, foreign language text, or a title over 200 characters)
Click Hold in your confirmation email
Email [email protected] with your order number and edit request β include EDIT in the subject line
Do this immediately after ordering, within the timeframes above.
After the edit window has closed:
We're unable to make changes or offer a full refund, as a processing fee applies to orders already in the queue. However, we can offer a discount code for a reorder. For urgent cases, email [email protected] and we'll do our best to help if there's still time.
