What happens if I don't like my print?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your print, framed print, canvas, pendant, or bracelet.
We aim to deliver a 5 star product and service.
If you are in any way unhappy with the print, framed print or canvas order you receive because the order was damaged in transit, we can issue a replacement or a refund, after you have supplied photos of the damaged item and packaging within 30 days of receiving the order.
If you had an error on the order details entered when placing the order, we don't accept returns for customer error, for the wrong size ordered, the wrong format ordered, the wrong colour ordered or customer oversight, or partial returns. We don't offer a return for a refund for an item created for an event that is subsequently canceled. In these cases please contact [email protected] and customer service will help.
We don't offer refunds if a customer enters an incomplete or incorrect shipping address. Instead, we offer to re-ship the order once returned, for a re-shipping fee pertinent to the country the order is re-shipping to. The re-shipping fee information for your country is available if you contact customer service at [email protected]

If you are simply not satisfied with your purchase we will issue a refund if returned within 30 days after the date the order was delivered. We don't cover the shipping cost of returns. For refunds or replacements please first contact us at [email protected] so that we can resolve any issues with the order.
Digital Files are nonrefundable.

There are no refunds or exchanges on our gift cards and they are not redeemable for cash or resale.
