We aim to deliver a 5 star product and service. If you are in any way unhappy with the order you receive, email us at [email protected] with the order number and photos of the issue, and we can issue a replacement or a refund if the order is damaged in any way.

For any other reason before you return, please wait to confirm with the team before sending.

Please note we don't refund for customer error made during the creation process. Instead, we offer a reorder discount code at a very reduced cost. To avail of this code you will need to email [email protected] with the order number, and customer service will issue a code to re-order at a very discounted rate.

To return for a refund you will need to return within 30 days of the delivery date, and as soon as we receive it back, we will refund in full.
