If you need to return your print, here's our Lab addresses

We aim to deliver a 5 star product and service. If you are in any way unhappy with the print you receive, email us at [email protected] and we can issue a replacement or a refund if the order is damaged in transit in any way.

Please note we don't refund for customer error made during the create process .Instead we offer a reorder discount code at a very reduced cost. To avail of this code you will need to email [email protected] with the order number and customer service will issue a code to re order at a very discounted rate.

You can check out the refunds policy here on the help page of the website. Return for a refund you will need to return within 30 days of delivery date, and as soon as we receive it back to the nearest lab to you, we will refund in full:
