We offer a professional framing service for all print types across all territories we ship to, with one exception: canvas prints come pre-stretched over a wooden frame and are ready to hang straight from the box, so no additional framing is needed.
Adding a Frame at Checkout
When ordering your star map, you'll have the option to select a frame colour directly at checkout. Simply choose the colour that best suits your space and we'll take care of the rest.
Adding a Frame After You've Ordered
If you'd like to add a frame after placing your order, you must contact us before the order enters production. Email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and the request to add a frame.
If your order has not entered production, hold the order with the hold option in your order confirmation email, with a note stating that you want to add a frame and the frame colour. We will then send you a payment request for the frame.
If your order has not entered production, we will send you a payment request for the frame.
However if the order has entered production there will be additional edit fees.
Once payment is complete and you send us a screenshot of proof of payment, we will add the frame to your order.
Please note:
Frames cannot be added by the customer once production has begun.
Frames cannot be shipped separately after an order has been dispatched.
For replacement/reshipped orders, framing cannot be added automatically due to the automated nature of the process and will need customer service intervention.
Framed orders take 3 additional business days to process.
If you miss the window, you are welcome to reorder the print with a frame included.

Our frames are handcrafted by specialist picture framers and made to last.
Moulding: High-quality wood with a satin finish and a square, modern profile — works equally well in contemporary and traditional settings.
Glazing: 2mm Plexiglass for UV protection, durability, and reduced glare.
Frame dimensions: 2cm x 2cm (0.78" x 0.78")
Mounting: Each print is dry mounted and the frame is sealed before dispatch.
Hanging: All framed prints are delivered ready to hang.

Regional Restrictions
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer framing for the following :
Foil and glow in the dark prints to New Zealand, Australia, Saudi Arabia, and Taiwan — shipping costs for framed prints to these regions are prohibitive.
These are produced exclusively at our UK, EU and US print labs, the only facilities with the technology to produce them, and the cost of shipping framed prints internationally is too high.
We're really sorry we can't accommodate these orders with framing.

Why can't I add a frame to my canvas order? Canvas prints already include an internal wooden frame and are ready to hang.
Why are framing options unavailable for certain regions or print types? Shipping constraints and production limitations make it impractical for foil, glow-in-the-dark, and some international orders.
