If your order hasn't been submitted to the print queue yet, you can update the shipping address yourself using the Edit shipping address button in your order confirmation email.
If the order has already been submitted to the print queue, please email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and the changes you need.
Please note the following deadlines:
Standard / free shipping
Within 24 hours of ordering
Express shipping
Within 4 hours of ordering
After these deadlines, it may no longer be possible to make changes before your order is shipped. If there's still time, we'll manually update the address before dispatch.
Shipping address requirements
Shipping addresses must be written in English. All orders ship from English-speaking countries, so any address entered at checkout must be translated into English.
