How are rolled prints packaged?
Your print is rolled and shipped in sturdy, protective packaging designed to keep it, dry and undamaged in transit — whether that's a rigid cardboard tube or a reinforced corrugated box.
Because orders are produced at the print facility closest to you, the exact packaging can vary slightly by location. Whichever you receive, it's been chosen for the same two reasons: to protect your print, and to keep our environmental impact as low as possible. All of our print packaging is made from recyclable cardboard, much of it from recycled material, and is fully compliant with the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).
We review packaging and delivery performance on an ongoing basis, so if we find a way to protect your order better or reduce waste further, we make the change.
Framed print:
After the framed print is Bubble Wrapped twice, it is then placed on a suspension pad that keeps frame 2” away from interior box edge on all 4 sides.
It is then placed in a durable shipping box ready for dispatch by the assigned carrier.
