Why is my Tracking Code Not Working?
We rely on our shipping partners to update tracking at each step of the journey.
Once your order has been printed and quality checked, a tracking code is generated. It can take 1 business day to update for US orders and up to 3 business days for Canadian orders.
My tracking code hasn't updated in days
This is common. Tracking sometimes shows no movement for a long period, then updates all at once when close to delivery. For international orders, customs clearance can take several days and will delay the estimated arrival time — unfortunately we have no control over this.
My order is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived
In most cases this means the carrier has loaded it onto the van for delivery. Please allow 1–2 business days for it to physically arrive. If you were out, it's worth checking with a neighbour or around your property, as carriers sometimes leave packages in sheltered spots. The vast majority of orders in this situation turn up within a day or two.
Once an order has shipped we're unable to contact the carrier on your behalf, but you can reach out to them directly using your tracking number.
