In most cases, when a order is marked as delivered, it means the carrier has loaded it onto the van for delivery to your address. We'd ask that you allow one to two business days for it to arrive physically.
If you were out when delivery was attempted, it's also worth checking with a neighbour or looking around your property, as carriers will sometimes leave packages in a sheltered or less obvious spot.
The vast majority of the time, orders in this situation turn up within a day or two or are found nearby — so please don't worry just yet!
Unfortunately, once an order has shipped we're unable to contact the carrier on your behalf, but you're welcome to reach out to them directly using your tracking number and they should be able to give you an update.
