Line limits for prints and canvas: 8 lines (portrait) / 4 lines (landscape). Text over these limits may be cut off unless you request a special edit.
Special edits we can make:
Sentence case or italic text
Larger or smaller text (prints and canvas)
A different font on jewellery orders — please include the font name in your request
Font changes are only available on Jewellery, not on prints or canvas.
Long titles or quotes over 200 characters (prints and canvas)
Adding emojis
Non-Latin scripts and special characters
How to request a special edit: place your order, then click 'Wait - Edit My Order' near the bottom of your confirmation email and add a note describing your request. Our design team will make the change and send you a preview to approve before your order returns to the print queue.
Deadline: submit your request as soon as possible after ordering — within 24 hours for standard/free shipping, or within 4 hours for express shipping.
