What if I want to return my order

Damaged in transit

  • Contact help@thenightsky.com within 30 days with photos of the damage and packaging.

  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the product/material received.

  • The support team will review your claim and determine eligibility for a replacement or refund based on the evidence provided and the terms of the return/claims policy.

Not satisfied with your purchase

  • Contact help@thenightsky.com first

  • Return within 30 days of delivery for a refund

  • Include your order ID or proof of purchase

  • You pay return shipping

  • Verify your order confirmation to ensure the product matches what was purchased before contacting support.

What's NOT covered

  • Customer errors (wrong size, colour, format, product, etc.)

  • Orders for canceled events

  • Partial returns

  • Incomplete/incorrect shipping addresses (we will re-ship for a fee instead)

  • Digital files (nonrefundable)

  • Gift cards (no refunds or exchanges, no cash value)

Jewelry

  • Same 30-day return window if you're unhappy
