What if I want to return my order

Returns (within 30 days of delivery)

  • Return the item within 30 days to get a refund

  • Include your order ID or proof of purchase

  • You pay return shipping

Damaged in transit

  • Contact [email protected] within 30 days with photos of the damage and packaging

  • We will replace or refund

Not satisfied with your purchase

What's NOT covered

  • Customer errors (wrong size, colour, format, product, etc.)

  • Orders for canceled events

  • Partial returns

  • Incomplete/incorrect shipping addresses (we will re-ship for a fee instead)

  • Digital files (nonrefundable)

  • Gift cards (no refunds or exchanges, no cash value)

Jewelry

  • Same 30-day return window if you're unhappy
