When an order is shipped with standard post and is delayed in transit we need to wait for tracking to update before we decide if an order is lost in transit. This usually takes 10 business days after the order is dispatched.
At busy times of the year like Christmas, Valentines day, Mother Day, Fathers Day etc; we have no control over delays with standard post. This is why we have an alert at checkout to order with express shipping if an order is time sensitive.
