Tracking CodesUpdated a year ago
Once your order has been printed you will receive an email with your tracking code. This means that you print has been packed and is about to be collected by the carrier. Depending on what time of day your order has been printed it can take up to 18 hours for your package to be collected.
Most tracking codes will not update until they have reached their first destination point - which is usually a sorting center. Depending on where you are located this can take up to 3 days to update. Sometimes a tracking code will miss an update as updating the tracking code is reliant on the person at the sorting center to mark it as updated.
In the USA we use UPS and USPS for the last leg of the delivery journey for Standard shipping and Fedex for Express
In Canada we use Royal Mail for Standard shipping and Fedex for Express
In the UK we use Royal Mail for Standard shipping and DPD for Express
In Australia we use Australia Post for both Standard and Express shipping
International Tracking Codes:
For countries outside of the US, UK, and Australia we ship from the UK. For standard orders the tracking code you receive will be Royal Mail. Once the package has left the UK it is usually passed to a partner carrier in the local country after it has passed through security customs in that country. Sometimes it can take several days to get through customs. As soon as it has been passed through customs there is usually more information about your order on the partner link as Royal Mail don't update all of the information given by the partner carrier. To access further information on your order enter your Royal Mail tracking code number into the partner site in the corresponding country.
