What happens if I don't like my print?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your print. We aim to deliver a 5 star product and service.
If you are in any way unhappy with the print you receive, because the order was damaged in transit, we can issue a replacement or a refund, after you have supplied photos of the damaged item and packaging.
If you had an error on the order details, entered when placing the order, we don't accept returns for customer error, or for wrong size ordered, or wrong format ordered, or customer oversight, or partial returns. We don't offer return for a refund for an item created for an event that is subsequently cancelled. In these cases please contact email@example.com and customer service will help.
We don't offer refunds if a customer enters an incomplete or incorrect shipping address. Instead we offer to re ship the order once returned, for a re shipping fee pertinant to the country the order is re shipping to. The re shipping fee information for your country is availabe if you contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org

If you are simply not satisfied with your purchase we will issue a refund if returned within 30 days after the date the order was received. We don't cover the shipping cost of returns. For refunds or replacements please first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can resolve any issues with the order.
Digital Files are non refundable.
There are no refunds or exchanges on our gift cards and they are not redeemable for cash or resale.
